Ok here is some more details on my doorphone problem.. During the problem times, when pushed, does it ring the system? No it does not ring the system.
Can the person at the door hear the person inside? No What type of noise do you hear? The same noise you would hear if you were hitting the doorphone button to call the phone attendent inside but it keeps making the same noise over and over again. It's as if the button were sticking on the doorphone - but I explained before that I replaced the doorphone and did same thing. Can you call out to the door box (311)? Yes, I can - however when you call out to the door box (311) you don't hear the person speaking into the doorphone and all you hear is the same thing i explained about the noise How often does it happen? It happens approx. once every other month.
