Nathan,

there are a lot of unanswered questions there.
These systems need to be totally customized to work well.
Do you plan to do the programming yourself? If so do you have any software
to help (such as the Programmator software) and are you familiar with
Hyperterminal? You will at least need a pc with a nul modem serial cable and
a terminal program to program the voicemail.

Do you have the systems installed already? If not, what condition are they
in now- are they working at all?
When you say 3 auto attendants, do you mean 3 different menu structures
(i.e. 3 different companies) or 3 levels of menus?
Which version 1232 do you have, digital? "-3", "-4", or "-5"? Different
versions have some different features.

What you are asking might take 3 to 4 hours for an experienced panasonic
installer to do. Not including any physical hookups.
I'm not trying to make it sound bad, but to provide "detailed instructions"
as you asked would require hours of time to prepare, including discussing
all of the customized features. If you're prepared for lots of emails and
questions and sometimes waiting for answers that no one happens to have
right away, then it will be fun and educational. If you need to get it set
up quickly you may need a bit more help.

mail for 4 people. I need detailed instructions on how to configure this on
both the phone system side and the voice processor side (Voice Mail System).
I have 4 ports of voice mail and 1 1232 digital switch. Thanks
