ok, I added Hindi on Pootle to the AOO 4.0 projects https://translate.apache.org/hi/aoo40/ https://translate.apache.org/hi/aoo40help/ We have split the translation in 2 parts, one for UI and one for integrated help. The requirement for a release is at least a 100% UI translation but ideally and in long term the help should be translated as well. You can start to work on Pootle directly and I cna create an account for you. Send me in a private mail with your preferred user id. for any further question how you to the translation and what's important to know please ask your questions here on the list.
