Welcome to Apache OpenOffice, and thank you for your 
interst in translating the software.

Bidouille has already directed you directions to for 
obtaining a Pootle account, and Africans is already 
there waiting to be worked on. 

As far as Zulu, it is not currently in Pootle, and
would have to check the code to see if the necessary
data is there to support it, and if not what it would
take to add it.
