Using the OSKit POSIX Thread Library

Well, I guess that's it. Sorry.
So if i want to use pthreads, i can't.
Regarding to locks and to threads i can replace them by L4threads lib, that includes locks and threads. but what do you 
recommend to replace the usage of conditional variables?
