Version 0.2 of the coyotos microkernel specification is now available at www.coyotos.org. There have been various "works in progress" prior to now. This is the first draft that I think is worth commenting on.
It is rough and in places inconsistent. It badly needs a glossary. It also badly needs a chapter on scheduling. Any comments that you may have on technical content would be very welcome.
