Just to make sure that this is recorded: I did not describe the
constructor mechanism separately from the storage transparency issue
at that time, but both together as a single mechanism.  So, if RMS had
or has any misunderstanding on this, it would be my fault.  What
happened is just that I described the constructor mechanism as it
existed in EROS.
