This coming Tuesday, November 15, Associate Professor of Political Science Scott Bowman will present a talk on "The War on Terror and the Constitution: Executive Power and Individual Rights." The talk will take place at Cal State University Los Angeles, in the 3rd Floor Ballroom at the Golden Eagle building, from 6:20 to 7:30 P.M. To get to Cal State, take the San Bernardino (10) freeway to the Eastern Ave. exit, and go north on Eastern to enter the campus.
