¡Adios to Solidarity Hall!
For the past 6 years Solidarity Hall has been the home of Radical Women and the Freedom Socialist Party. Our space has been used to organize Mumia demonstrations during the 2000 Democratic National Convention, to defend abortion rights, expose the Minutemen and to protest the war as well as to host lively debates and discussions. Our lease has expired and we are soon moving to new offices. Come on down and help us pack and move so we can continue our socialist feminist rabble-rousing and organizing from our new digs. Join our Packing Parties on: · Thursday, November 17, 7-9:30pm · Saturday, November 19, 11-2; 2-5pm · Monday, November 21, 7-9:30pm · Monday, November 28, 7-9:30pm · Tuesday, November 29, 7-9:30pm · Wednesday, November 30, 7-9:30pm Free cookies and coffee. Light snacks also available for a modest donation. If you can’t make it, please consider making a donation so we can hire help. The packing parties will be at Solidarity Hall, 2170 W. Washington Blvd. (just off the 10 freeway, on bus line #68). Everyone is welcome. Questions?
