Katrina Survivors are demanding:
a.. Help with HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT & SUPPORT TO MEET BASIC NEEDS here in L.A.
For example, many families are still in motels, their time there is running
out, & they have not received money to secure an apartment;
b.. Adequate funding for the rehab and repair of our homes and communities;
c.. Adequate protections for homeowners & renters trying to move back;
d.. Funding to rebuild our levees to category 5 standards;
e.. A voice in the process of rebuilding New Orleans!
