Dear all A few of the many photos received from the Palestinian Cultural Event at The Fifth Annual International Al-Awda Convention have just been posted, in no particular order, to http://al-awda.org

The keynote speakers were Dr. Naseer Aruri and Dr. Jamal Zahalka (see speaker bios here http://www.al-awda.org/convention5/speakers.html ). Music was provided by world-renowned maestro Dr. Nabil Azzam and band, and the two amazing singers were Amal Rifa'i and Ahmad el-Asmar. Some photos of the Naji el-Ali exhibit are also provided. Muna Coobtie and I conducted the fundraising. Thanks to all who took part in a wonderful and highly successful event and convention.
