On Wednesday, June 15, 2010, Judge Vaughn Walker heard closing arguments in Perry vs. Schwarzenegger, the federal challenge to Proposition 8. Now our community awaits Judge Walker's decision to either strike down Prop 8 as unconstitutional or uphold its passage. The Long Beach GLBTQ community will come together for a community rally the evening of the court's decison is handed down.
