The official announcement was signed by *Jacinto Angulo Pardo*, minister of Domestic Trade. At present, Cubans pay 25 cents of a peso for a bar of soap and 60 cents of a peso for a tube of toothpaste. As of Sunday, they'll have to pay 5 and 8 pesos, respectively.
