Our state is facing its greatest challenge in decades. To help us meet that challenge, Californians elected Jerry Brown as governor last fall, andtoday at 5:00 p.m., Governor Brown will be giving his first State of the State Address. It's a speech where Governor Brown will explain directly to the people of California how we're going to get our state back on track, and it's important for all Californians to tune in.
