The Banks, Wall Street, the Oil companies the military industrial complex, etc. The likes of the Kock Brothers who bought the last election for the Republican reactions and Tea Party and the US Chamber of Commerce The plan is to drive the economy down by summer to pave a path for the election of more Republicans, not that most Democrats are much better.
