Finally people I read on the groups are coming up with sites they've found, and this helps to make a nice file of where to search for what is safe to eat, and who is using our consumer dollars to finance research into our fine sheepeople qualities, and financing representatives campaigns we vote for, but only represent them.
There are a lot of Pdf's to open, but it is partially informative. Partially because, Odwalla, So-Bee and Naked Juice all started in the County I live and, and use to be fine products to consume. No one had to tell me when Coco Cola or Pepsi bought them out, as the first taste after they had control burned my mouth. Sugars went from 4-12 grams per service to 17-35, and they went from using whole cane sugar, to that poisonous Chlorinated sugar, commonly called White Sugar. One good reason is that nearly all of the sugars added to our soft drinks and food supply, IF IT IS A LOT, has to be something over 12 or is it 15 grams per serving, are then qualified for government subsidies on the sugars put in, and at one time Coco Cola didn't pay a dime for the sweeteners added. In the 1970's and later, the artificial sweeteners, ALL made out of Pure Sweet Crude, as a reminder of one of GWB's favorite phrases, as his eyes would glass over, are also government subsidized. Yes, we the tax payers, pay for the sweeteners in our food supply, as long as they are Chlorinated or made from petroleum, no natural sweeteners qualify for the Government subsidies. I can only shudder to think, which of these now GMO crop purchasing 'Organic labels' are using the organic loop holes written into legislation about organic products, that the organic Industry use to be able to state what it is. I forget, but one is a government label, the other is an industry label, best if you ask and find out before purchasing. Scott Here's an article which has a link (in the paragraph below the cart) for a PDF chart (from 2009) that shows who owns most of the Organic companies now. http://www.cornucopia.org/who-owns-organic/ Heinz owns most of the original organic companies.
