Today's court hearing (March 2) went fine, big turn out of solidarity, with the DA turning over a document stating that the old arrest from the 1969 ELAC Chicano-a Studies strike was a misdemeanor, NOT A FELONY!! and the DA asked for a continuance saying the CA Department of Justice had not turned over what we asked for in our Discovery Motions! I go back to court March 27 to continue pushing for discovery on the FBI, and CA DOJ. Thanks to all you came and sent messages of solidarity!
