One more note about certain trouble makers. No memory of the conversation before their reply, is rather common, and a great asset, when the object is to make people leave a group, go no mail, or at the very least befuddled and toe the line of the paid propagandists.
I've seen a good number of groups with ACTIVISTS, never recover after 1-2 of these people had a few weeks to months in the group, unchecked. Referral reading.
