Ending the Korean War: A Day of Action - Free Event! A series of events on the legacy of the Korean war on generations of Koreans and Americans and the efforts being made to work for peace on the Korean peninsula. This year, 2013, marks the 60th anniversary of the signing of the Korean War Armistice, which brought a halt to the fighting. However, the Korean War has never ended, and the current crisis only emphasizes the danger of renewed hostilities.
