Yeah I wrapped up a first version of droids and will start work on trunk again end of this year. I will replace the nutch infrastructure code with spring to make droids simpler and more standard like. Otis as well wrote me the other day asking about droids and I can repeat what I told him: any help is welcome. http://labs.markmail.org/message/uth73pmi7q2dwo3j?q=Norbert " Regarding [2] it is very interesting indeed for droids to become part of HttpComponents. I want to rewrite the code to use spring instead of the underlying slimed down version of nutch plugins infrastructure code to make it more standard and understandable. After this rewrite I gladly see droids incubating with HttpComponents as sponsor project." > Any pointers? > > just use: > http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/labs/droids/branch/nutch/ > ? > Yeah for now since I expect the plugins infrastructure to be quite stable. I will be away for a week but after this week I will fill the trunk again with the refactored code. Thanks everybody to express interest in droids. salu2 > thanks > ryan > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > -- Thorsten Scherler thorsten.at.apache.org Open Source Java consulting, training and solutions --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
