I agree with the point that providing documentation somewhere is
important.
Instead of a wiki, one could easily include docs in svn (ie- get the
docs by checking out the code). Alternatively, the DOAP files can
include a link to a website (such as a link to your people.apache.org
site) and we can render these links on the labs.apache.org website.
