Now we need an official PMC vote and we can ask the board to do the
switch at the next board meeting.
I'll do the vote in a separate email right after this one.
Hold on, I just realized that I didn't give time to anybody else to
nominate themselves, in case they want to.
I'll give 48 hours for people to nominate themselves or be nominated by
others. At the end of that period, I'll run the election. This seems
more fair.
