I propose the creation of a new Apache Lab, called "mboxed".
Intention is a fork / redesign of mod_mbox, for the purpose of making
http://mail-archives.apache.org more awesome.
Project goals would be to support all of the existing features of
mod_mbox, but make it easier to add more.
I might use php or python, I can't decide.
No promises on when or if I actually do it, but I would like a place in
the labs to stuck it if I do.
