There are some errors in the generated HTML. While waiting for a solution for
HTML generation, these must be fixed :
- /tr /td happens occasionally
- /table /tbody happens occasionally
- a form cannot directly contain an input, must contain a block element
- maxLength attribute is wrong in XHTML, it should be lower case
- if a drop down is not displayed (because empty), the label that refers to it
still appear and contains the reference id
