I think the latter is good enough if Vysper's code has been written
entirely by ASF committers.
The list of committers is gseitz, apaliwal and berndf, so this is true
generally ...
If patches have been accepted from non-committers via JIRA issues, it
might be good to list those issues when asking the MINA PMC to vet the
code.

Thanks for your comment, Bertrand.
A disclosure of code provenience has been posted to the MINA ML before,
a more detailed report will be provided as we move on.
So I'll continue with a vote about moving the code to MINA without
Incubator involvement, leaving it to the MINA PMC to review the code again.
