This patch updates hupa to use gwtupload 0.5.1 which has new features.
- Cancel files that are being sent, files waiting in the queue and files
already uploaded.
- Added internationalization for gwtupload's components
- Changed the usage of gwtupload in order to use its new API (handlers, etc)
- Server code re-factoring to use UploadAction instead of UploadServlet.
- Css changes in order to use gwtupload provided styles instead of copying it.
- Removed the usage of incubator's progress bar in favour of gwtupload's
default one (simpler and similar to gmail)
