The bylaws [1] note that a completed lab should be "archived and
removed from SVN", but I guess the best place to archive a lab is to
just leave them in the svn repository, so for now I'll just update the
DOAP and README files. I'm fine if someone wants to set up an
"archive" folder or do other kind of cleanup in [2].
