Pls find below a list of all active labs, sorted descending by last svn commit. I propose we should mark all labs with no activity for at least one year as 'idle', that is the top 14 rows. I propose to do this by one single vote, bulk-changing all related labs at once. If this proposal reaches consensus, I will start a separate voting thread soon.
