Folks, I'm planning on moving out noggit of the labs (probably to github) so it can do releases.
This is due to the "binary dependency" thread: http://markmail.org/message/hn4xhwmvwlyiw44v resulting in Lucene/Solr's move to Ivy: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-3930 Background: Noggit has been at the labs since 2006. It is currently used in Apache Solr, but I'm not aware of any other projects.
