You usually double click on the thoughts to edit them afterwards.

Displaying a context menu hadn't been implemented until recently, that's
why it says "popup menu requested". However with the latest revisions
from the subversion repository there are some meaningful popup menus
added.

I don't know anything about Fedora, just that it was packaged most
likely by Peter Gordon. To just run the latest versions you don't need
to compile anything. Just go to the src directory and enter "python
labyrinth.py".
