I think my brother in law could be an equal or close second. He is missing both his kidneys (has one of his wife's instead) bladder, urethra, prostate, a large chunk of his small intestine and all his large intestine, he is also wearing dentures (on occasion) and is going blind, and all at the ripe age of 58.
