I've forwarded Vicki's message to the "Lace" Editor, and hope she'll clarify the situation. She/they had -- in the past -- tried different printers and/or mailers to cut down on costs, and some of those *had* been in mainland Europe, so perhaps that's another instance of trying to find a reliable and efficient (and still inexpensive) source...
Yours, still waiting, but in balmy weather; we've had 60-62 (daytime) two days running, so almost all the snow is gone.
