Marc Brown (author of "Arthur" books) has one that is hand rhymes - "Hand rhymes" "Miss Mary Mack and other children's street rhymes" by Joanna Cole and Stephanie Calmenson "Miss Mary Mack: a hand clapping rhyme" by Mary Ann Hoberman "Pat-a-cake" and other play rhymes" by Cole and Calmenson
These 4 come up in my local public library. There's also "Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold, pease porridge in the pot 9 days old", and my almost 6 year old came home over Christmas with "icky icky soda pop, icky icky poo.
