Hi all, I just had my first class in bobbin lacemaking (actually, we were taught how to prick a pattern and how to make a pillow; next week we start with our first bookmark. Dale Pomeroy is the teacher, if anyone knows of him. He apparently is a bigwig in tatting. Anyway, I have a question. I have every intention of continuing on with lacemaking. What sort of pillow would you recommend to buy, and where might a good place be from which to buy it? Also, are there perhaps several purveyors of lacemaking tools etc. that you could recommend?
