Hi Jacqui, Just got back from a trip and was able to read my digest. Please give Malvary my best wishes and hopefully by now she has had her shoulder attended to. I had a frozen shoulder after an operation and it got worse as I tried to do my exercises. My surgeon said to stop with the physiotherapy and it would eventually be okay. Being somewhat lazy, that suited me. :-) He was right but it took quite a while. I just realised one day that it was not painful to wash my hair and I could start fastening my bra in the back once again.
