Don't know if I'm doing this correctly or not, but here goes.
I've been reading the questions regarding genealogy, a hobby I have a great
passion for.
While I don't have the answers to the specific questions being asked here, I
do have a suggestion for two free websites that might help you all.
This first is www:rootsweb.com. This site has loads of information, AND
they have a very large "mailing list" section that covers most anything you
could be looking for, and if there isn't a specific list that covers your
list there is a "general list". The folks there are very helpful and will
answer all questions if possible.
The second site is www.cyndislist.com. This is a list of genealogical links
on the web. It lists over 250,000 sites, all catagorized and cross
referenced. If you can't find a link on this site, it probably doesn't
exist.
Anyway, thought this information might help you. As I said, I can't answer
the specific questions you all have, but if you have any questions, let me
know...I do have lots of sites I can search (I do have access to
Ancestry.com so if something tells you to search for something there (it's a
pay site), let me know and I'll do a little digging for you.
