I have a favourite white summer cardigan, but it is made of fine cotton, and within an hour of putting it on the cuffs are so baggy and loose and they then hang over my hands, as my arms are a bit short - only washing brings them back to where they should be. Has anyone any ideas as to how I could elasticate them, or keep them under control, please?
