News item just broadcast - a man in Gatineau, Quebec was using a commuter lane where 3 people are required in the car. He dressed up a teddy bear and strapped it into the car seat in the back. He got stopped by the police and got a $144 fine.
The next day he got stopped by the police again, still with the teddy bear strapped into the car seat and got another $144 fine. A police spokesman said "3 people are required... real people".
