I had a delightful surprise while shopping at Target last night. DD spied Tim Tams. Pepperidge Farm seems to have bought the recipe and they are available in Classic Dark, Chocolate Cream, and Caramel. I only bought 5 packages.
I never heard of this yummy treat until they were discussed on Arachne years ago. I was extremely fortunate to have a secret pal in Australia who sent me some and I have been craving them ever since.
