Alice, I'll ask DH what the recipe is.
Those who suggested boiling the orange juice to reduce it, I think that
might alter the flavour. Apparently the way to do it is to put orange juice
in the freezer and wait until crystals form (seems they're crystals of
water), filter using a sieve sieve so that the crystals are trapped in the
sieve. Put the liquid back in the freezer and repeat this process as many
times as necessary until no more water crystals form. Very time consuming.
And yes Clay, the problem with buying it in from the US is that it would be
well and truly off by the time it arrived (assuming it's something that can
be imported), especially with the slowness of so-called air-mail nowadays.
