Here in Australia there is a Breast Cancer Risk Calculator site where you
can answer a few questions and it gives you a rough idea of your risk and
shows you where your lifestyle could be improved to lower the risk.

There could be some additional questions that would help - ie, no question
about if you have had a hysterectomy, and if you are on the Estrogen Only
HRT - questions that might have altered my risk factor.
So it is only a rough guide - but every little helps, doesn't it.
