Hi I have tried to email direct Nicky in Suffolk who in November told us about her experience with Tempura mattresses. I have since had one, 3 weeks. Thanks to her I got the vat off due to my chronic condition. I find the mattress great and wanted to thank her but twice it has bounced back when I type in her email.
