Sadly programs such as Outlook are rather stupid when it comes to replying, and includes the whole message by default. Good Old Eudora had a nice feature that if you selected a block of text and then hit reply, it would only include that block, and nest (indent) it automatically. Sadly it was too good and is now no longer supported!
To do the same thing in outlook. Select the block of text with the mouse control-c (copy). Control-r (reply), control-a (select all), control-v (paste). Add your comments ( and edit the subject) Control-enter (send) So efficient (not)! Can everyone stop adding the hole of the previous message when they reply. The last digest was dire! Just endless repeats of the same messages after a very short reply! Especially as some of the earlier messages had got distorted and were three times as long as the originals! Thanks! Lynne.
