Chicken & Potato Soup 1 onion diced ½ cup milk Grushed garlic Chilli (optional) 200 grams diced bacon 1 large (2 small) chicken breast fillets 6-8 large potatoes chicken stock Can creamed corn Cube potatoes. Cook chicken whole in frypan then cut into small pieces. Fry onion, bacon, garlic & chilli. Add potatoes and stock and enough water to just cover potatoes. Cook until potatoes are soft.
