Dear Friends, heard about this on the radio the other day and finally made it tonight. It's really yummoh!!
Two Ingredient Cake - mix together your favourite packet cake mix and one medium sized can of fruit including the juice. - bake in a moderate oven (170C) for 35 minutes. I used plain cake mix and canned apricots. Wasn't sure if it meant a large can or not, so took a large can and divided it in half which was adequate.
