Hi All, It looks like a stiletto to me too. And it's only 3-3/8"(8.5cm)
long.
At that size, it could still have been a honiton bobbin... *If* it had any neck to wind the thread on <g> Definitely a stiletto -- and not so "honest", either, being decorated after all -- not a bobbin :)...
