In regard to this pillow. In this old mind of mine, I seem to remember seeing a similar type pillow, in a picture someplace, sometime. It was held between the knees and the lace was worked around the edge, as shown. The pillow shown here is on it's side, the lace being worked would be upright. What looks like the top of the pillow is actually the flat sides of the pillow. It was not placed on any kind of stand. Or am I having a senior moment memory?
