As an Oidfa member, and as one who was very impressed with all the work in the 'Point Ground Book', which has proved to be extremely useful, may I second this recommendation. It need not take too long to develop, and is an ideal 'International' project - Oidfa is the one group having members in all the countries needed to be consulted / included.
