Yes, Devon, it is the same Liz Bartlett. The book is now out of print, and Liz's own copy was stolen from her car, along with her laptop and a lot of other goodies when she was in Bristol, England, for a weekend of talking/teaching. I seem to remember that amongst the list of things stolen was a projector, which might mean the slides were stolen too.
Liz has had a terrible year health-wise, and as a result is having tremendous trouble with her eyes, so I do hope she's well enough to come to the IOLI Convention.
