If/when you send a check for the booklet...  If your address isn't 
printed on the check, would you - pretty please - write it down, 
*clearly*, so I know where to send the "goods"? If you include your 
e-address somewhere as well, chances are I'd try to let you know the 
booklet's been sent, and you ought to expect its arrival soon, too :)

Oh, and I've thought (prompted by my first sale in the US - Sue in 
Morristown; your copy is in the mail) of one more reason for getting 
the original... I'll sign it for you, if you want <g>. If you *do* want 
me to sign (and want to stroke my ego into even greater size <g>), 
please let me know if you want just a signature (Jeri says it's more 
valuable), or something more personal.
